Refund policy
Pre-orders and Delivery
Peach City supplies quality products, and customer service and satisfaction is very important to us.
We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will let you know - usually by email.
Pre-orders are orders placed with the factory and not yet arrived for delivery. Pre-orders can take 20-30 days to arrive with us. Once we have the products we will ship to you in 2-5 days and you will receive a tracking number through our Peach City website.
Delivery times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excludes public holidays, etc.)
Please be sure to check goods received from couriers to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them.
Exchanges
From time to time goods may need to be exchanged for customer satisfaction.
Exchanges can be made within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Follow the steps below:
- Email us with the order number of the item/items for exchange
- Return the item/items to the provided address
- Exchanged items will be sent (if in stock) in 2-3 business days
If your requested item is not in stock you can wait for our next shipment or ask for a refund. Items sent back to us for exchange must be in new condition.
Returns and Refunds
We offer returns/refund within 10 days of you receiving your order. Returned items must be in new condition. Follow the steps below:
- Email us with the order number of the item/items for return
- Return the item/items to the provided address
- Refunds will be issued back to the card used for the original purchase
Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
Important
If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such exchanges/returns/refunds.
